Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully designed for comfort, providing ample space for families or groups to unwind. The master bedroom includes an ensuite and opens onto a sunny terrace, while the additional bathrooms service the remaining three bedrooms, ensuring mornings are easy and stress-free for larger groups. The ground floor features a second lounge with a private courtyard, kitchen, and small dining table—perfect for extended families or groups wanting extra space.  
  
With enough room to comfortably host up to eight guests, this holiday home includes a laundry and off-street parking. Leave the car at the bach and explore the nearby Whangamata main street, just a few hundred meters away for shopping, dining, and events.  
  
With annual events like the Beach Hop bringing the town to life, Sans Souci is perfectly positioned to offer both relaxation and excitement.
