This beautifully presented two-bedroom, two-bathroom home offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The master bedroom features a luxurious Super King bed with its own private ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom includes two Single XL beds that can be configured as another Super King on request. With a spacious main bathroom, a fully equipped laundry including washing machine and dryer, and thoughtful touches throughout, you will feel at home as soon as you step through the door. The spacious and modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, flowing effortlessly into the welcoming, light-filled living area and out to a large outdoor entertaining space. Fire up the Weber BBQ and enjoy relaxed meals outside while soaking in the stunning scenic views of the surrounding hills. With great indoor-outdoor flow and a fully fenced yard, it's ideal for unwinding in privacy and style. You'll enjoy plenty of off-street parking and turning space — perfect if you're bringing a boat — and despite the tranquil setting, you're only a 5-minute drive to Whangamatā Beach, the town centre, boutique shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is an air-conditioning unit/heat-pump in the main living area, and additional heaters in the bedrooms. The fire-place is not operational – however, the house is double-glazed and well-insulated, keeping you comfortable no matter the season.
