Located within a 10-minute walk to the surf beach, indulge in the classic holiday charm of a family-friendly 3-bedroom in Whangamata - Eazy Breezy awaits!  
  
This light and spacious house offer comfortable indoor-outdoor living with ample room to unwind and soak up the sun.  
  
Experience a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle with fresh and bright open-plan living upstairs. Stay cozy indoors or enjoy easy outdoor flow for dining on the deck.  
  
Kick back in comfort while the kids burn off some energy in the backyard! An additional living space and sleepout provides the ultimate summer setup, with a relaxed lounge that flows onto decking, the private garden, and BBQ area.   
  
Each of the bedrooms is located downstairs in the main house. To complete your home away from home, there is a bathroom downstairs, an additional toilet upstairs, and washing machine for staying fresh during your holiday.  
  
Enjoy this relaxed space within a simple stroll of the sand and surf - hit the beach or wander to the local cafes for your daily fix; everything you need for a refreshing beach break is close at hand.
