It could be improved considerably with a small improvements (bedding mainly), but doesn't detract much overall. You are paying fairly premium prices, so there are some expectations with that.My main issue is with the punishing exchange with Baileys for check. They demanded I email by passport and credit card to them over email, which I was understandably reluctant to do.
