This spacious house boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate large families or groups. Albert House provides the perfect setting for a memorable getaway. The Space: A substantial five bedroom and three bathroom maisonette, Albert House enjoys a striking position moments from Weymouth's picturesque golden sandy beach. The property boasts period features and amazing panoramic views over Weymouth Bay. Albert House also boasts stunning views over Weymouth's iconic Georgian Esplanade. This impressive maisonette enjoys spacious accommodation arranged over four floors. Entered via a private doorway from the Esplanade with stairs rising to the first floor which enjoys three double bedrooms, including bedroom one, an impressive suite featuring a dressing area, beautifully presented ensuite, and the views over Weymouth Bay. Also on this level is a bathroom featuring a bath with shower over, a useful utility room and bedrooms four and five. On the second floor is a tremendous living space separated into two distinct areas with direct sea views. The living/dining room stretches the width of the property and affords ample space for furniture. Light floods the room from three front aspect windows which also overlook the bay ensuring the panoramic views are on full display. A step descends to a well appointed kitchen, boasting an excellent range of both wall and base units under work tops incorporating an integral hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar within the kitchen providing an additional dining space. Mar 22, 2026 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy The flat is lovely and clearly newly and stylishly refurbished in the last 2 or 3 years. Location amazing literally across the road from the sandy beach.Just wonder why the windows were not double glazed when the refurb was done as was a lot of noise coming from the street below. Some of the floors sloped - a lot. A second walk in shower would have been much better than 2 baths that had to be climbed into - not good for the elderly of the party.We thought the kitchen crockery and cutlery was minimal (only 2 champagne flutes) for 10 people and had to wash up a lot of items as we ran out.Most bedrooms had plenty of hanging space (but over 6.5 feet from the ground in built in wardrobes so a stretch for 5'2" me!) but apart from bedside tables very little drawers or shelving.Wifi was shocking - we had planned to have a family movie night on the last night but gave up as nothing would download properly and kept spooling and breaking up - really not acceptable in a decent sized town and location! ##### Judith F.
