The family suite we had was spacious, comfortable & had many amenities including main floor direct access with its own door. As odd as it felt being in a hotel on Xmas eve, the pool, waterslide & hot tub were great. Hotel breakfast in morning was solid quality at this pet friendly location. The most memorable component was the staff. Very friendly, accommodating & thoughtful. We woke up to a gift bag on our door Xmas morning. The only drawback is the pillow selection. Ours were all so big & firm that we wound up not using them.
