The house is larger than it appears in photos offering us more room to spread out. 2 full baths were very clean and we had plenty of towels and blankets for our stay. Being 15 minutes from Munising, we made several outings to points of interest, Pictured Rocks Kayak tour, drove to Grand Marais for Yooper Lite hunting, and took our own kayaks to The Autrain River. The furniture and decor are quite fitting to the environment and tasteful. Communication with host is quick and other than food, all we needed was included. We bought wood from the host as they live on the property so bring your own if you are from the U.P. They provided coffee, filters, spices, syrup, garbage bags, Saran Wrap, etc. and we appreciate that so we didn’t have to buy it all only to use a small amount.
