The only negatives I have is the door to the main bathroom hits a high spot on the floor and gets stuck, and one of the bedrooms smelled faintly like musty old smoke. Not an entirely unpleasant smell as it reminded me of my grandparents' house when I was a child and it may be that some people won't even be able to pinpoint what it is, but it is definitely there.
