There is a beautiful third floor ocean view, gorgeous sunsets, and the wonderful sound of the surf. The furniture is new and comfortable. And some appliances are also new and very nice. But when we arrived, it was 85 degrees and we could not turn off the furnace. From the time we arrived until the time we left we had to manually operate the furnace because it ran heat continuously unless we turned it off at the electrical breaker. Vacasa did nothing. We had to book somewhere else the first night because it was too hot to possibly sleep. Vacasa has not refunded us a dime. I will never rent a Vacasa managed property again. It's really too bad. This is a beautiful apartment with a spectacular view of the ocean. But don't rent it unless you trust Vacasa to do something right. I don't. ##### Dan W. When we arrived the deadbolt & door handle lock were so corroded due to salt air getting the key into either of them and back out was painful on my hands. I thought every time we left and came back I wasn't going to get the key in or back out of the locks. The door for the deck doesn't lock at all or even latch. There is so much rust on the door if there is a latch it can't get through the rust. Every time you open the front door the deck door opens from the air flow/pressure. The bathroom floors were covered in dark hair when we arrived. The rest of the bathroom was very clean but the hair was just gross. Under the kitchen sink there is a drawer missing so it's just a hole. We started the dishwasher before leaving from our long weekend. I am glad we didn't head out right away. When I went back into the kitchen there was water flowing out from under the dishwasher. I quickly turned it off. Again the view was lovely and even with all this we did enjoy our time but we will not be staying in the condo again. ##### Shirley S. When turned on it sprayed everywhere. While a fix was done promptly, the toilet ran continuously. The kitchen has a panel missing in front of the sink. The carpet is worn.
