Old was understandable but lack of cleanliness was unacceptable. Bed pedestals were metal that made a “bonging” noise whenever one lay down on them. Staff were very accommodating.

My only main issue is that due to the longer term stay people there were many nights where quiet time after 10 pm was entirely not respected. This caused sleeping to be rough or hard to get a good night's sleep. As well, during our stay, the power went off for a couple of hours, and a fire alarm situation on one of our last couple of days. Otherwise, all of the staff from the hotel and the restaurants were wonderful, and that is why I kept the review a 4 because they all made the rest of the stay easy. I just wish the guests were more monitored during the quiet hours of the night. Room-wise, the beds were decent. I would say I did not love the pillows, but they are standard hotel pillows, so it is what it is. There was occasionally some Kleenex on the floor in the hallways or dirt tracked in from, I believe, the long-term stay people from their jobs. Anyway, overall it was good.

Great Stay with One Slight Disappointment
"The hotel rooms have been nicely renovated and the pool area great for younger kids. The only issues I had was that the I had a hard time finding a happy medium with hot water in the shower. And my biggest complaint is that they were very strict about drinks at the pool. I couldn’t even have a coffee ..."
