The breakfast was very good.Hemo who attended to the breakfast area was very hospitable and welcoming. Check in and Check out was smooth and seamless, Feb 18, 2024. We stayed in a two bedroom suite as a small family the night before our flight back home.

I booked the residence and the day of arrival I received an email saying they had to move my booking to a Hampton Inn close buy. I called Hampton Inn to confirm that they had the kitchen that the other hotel had (I have 4y/o twins and we need this type of room). They said “yes is the same”, totaly not true. When we entered the room the fridge was not working so the kids juice and other stuff for the kids that needed fridge we had to go down and leave it at the laundry employees fridge becasue they were 100% booked and no other room available. Next morning when we went to take a shower the shower handle was loose and we couldn’t take a shower. Next day in the evening when we came back our room was not served, we called room service for new towels and the rep said he had new down stairs but cannot bring them to us becasue he was alone at the hotel. On top of that they charged me the same fee as the other hotel, so I really don’t know the real booking price of this other hotel. Horrible experience!!!

There is only one washroom for the entire hotel. Also wished there was a garbage disposal area, if I did not opt for housekeeping services that day. Other than that, the facility is nice.

One of my worst Residence Inn experience. Breakfast was horrible. Dried Oatmeal, Coffee was pathetic. Kept Chilled milk and once you pour it in the coffee, coffee was cold. Carpets were horrible in the room.

The hotel was dirty - the carpet was filthy - the showers needed to have the grout cleaned - I cannot believe that Marriott would allow their names on this hotel.

As any hotel, there were a few things that needed attention. A light bulb out in the bathroom vanity and the threshold between carpet and shower was a mess, stepped on it once by accident and something sharp poked my foot.

The first day we arrived at night. When we went to bed we started to smell a horrid smell coming from the pillow. It was as if someone had died in the room. My husband took the pillows downstairs for the staff to smell. We were offered a different room on a floor above us in the same category. The elevator was broken so we had to move all our stuff up the stairs in the middle of the the night. We asked for the manager numerous times throughout our stay but was informed she was not available. Our experience really ruined our stay there.

This property should not be rated any higher than low end. It smelled and had carpeting that looked like it should have replaced a decade ago. Marriot should be embarrassed having this hotel under their property.

Close to Cleveland Clinic Had a handicap tub and shower and found tub to be slippery.

The hotel and surrounding areas were well kept and we felt safe and secured. The only downside were no bottle water in the room to make tea or coffee. Receptionist told us that we had to use the tap water.
