"Set in a quiet country lane not far from the M6 - but plenty far enough to be completely rural and peaceful. This was a perfect stop off point for heading north. Good hearty breakfast and very friendly owners. Will definitely stay again."

"Second time staying here. Lovely hotel which is located perfectly for local attractions and easy access to motorway. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice shower room with nice products and quality towels. Breakfast options were great. Used the pool which was small but warm. The pool had a booking system in place to avoid too many in pool at once. Well equiped gym available too. "

"I didn’t eat so can't rate that aspect of stay but reception was very friendly and appeared very organised. Room was fine though bathroom could do with updating. The toilet roll holder was not in an easy place to reach and the towel rail was extremely high. "

"Excellent hotel. Plenty to do for outdoor activities. Friendly and helpful staff. Only small point to note was Pool a little small and a bit cool as plenty of families. "
"Hotel is ideally located for visiting The Potteries and Trentham Estate. Leisure facilities were a benefit after sightseeing. Plenty choice at breakfast. "
