"Stephanie checked me in after I attempted to use the self check-in QR code. She was pleasant and helpful during the process. However, the next morning when I went to check out, she spoke to me through the Ring doorbell camera and simply told me to leave the key on the desk. It felt a bit impersonal. Originally, I had booked a king room on the second floor, but I discovered there was no elevator. That wasn’t a major issue, and I requested a first-floor room with a queen bed instead — Room 106. Unfortunately, I would strongly recommend avoiding this room. The room was not clean. The chair had noticeable stains on the seat that appeared to possibly be urine stains. The bathtub had a visible dirt ring around it and rust in the bottom. When I showered, the water backed up to ankle depth, and the sink also drained very slowly. The bathroom smelled musty and strongly of urine. Another issue was the curtains. Only the sheer white curtains would close; the heavier curtains would not pull shut at all. People walking and parking outside could easily see into the room. I ended up using a rubber band to keep the curtains together for privacy. The bed appeared clean, although it was not very comfortable. We stayed here because of the convenient location, but after this experience, I don’t think we’ll return. The overall cleanliness of the room left me wondering what else may not have been properly cleaned."

"Recently remodeled hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and pillows are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. Overall it’s an great value."

"Friendly and helpful staff. Our hotel Room had hole in carpet. Hotel was clean. Very very disappointed that the pool heater was not working. We had our grandchildren with us we were not able to swim. Pool was freezing. Our grand kids were so disappointed. We bought new swim masks, snorkels, and pool toys they could not use. "

"The room was clean and just what I expected. Staff was courteous and helpful. No problem with pets encountered. The only minus was roadwork around the hotel begins in less than 2 weeks and access to the hotel itself was tricky. I expect that will be taken care of soon."

"It was ok, it was very busy and the smell was bad! They had way too much perfume cleaning smell but in the morning it smelled rough. The staff outside of front desk were not friendly"

"Short stay for my daughter and I. It was clean, staff were friendly and room was spacious. It was also quiet. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, but overall stay was good!"
