"Man at office was rude and insisted I pay a $4 service fee in addition to what I paid Expedia. WiFi did not work. The keys didn't work properly...no light when lock was disengaged. Several people outside loitering, possibly homeless? Empty beer cans on side of building. No hot water in the shower...cold to warm. Room was relatively clean. No staff on duty when I returned they key cards. Nothing resembling breakfast. Very disappointing. "

I literally walked into the room five minutes and he said no refunds. I would not recommend staying here. Rude ! And the rooms are disgusting "
