A Good Place to Stay

Pros: The location across from the mall and the good breakfast served in the restaurant and the clean room and free parking
Cons: Better beds....one was like a cement slab ..fortunately there were two beds
Location: Great location to White oaks Mall
The room was clean and the service friendly and the breakfast was good there.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before. Quite reasonably priced and conveniently located. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was a bit slow in the evening but overall okay. Ample parking available. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Proximity to 401
Cons: Room was dirty. We had to wipe down all counters in bedroom area and bathroom (twice as the wipes were so dirty after the first cleaning).
There were bugs in the curtains and in addition to having to wipe down the counters, dressers, bathroom, etc. the remote control was filthy. Was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.

Close to shopping, restaurants.

Clean rooms. Wifi was terrible. Kept kicking out of wifi. All four family members with our portable devices were affected. Very frustrating.

Ugh...

Rotten milk and pasta in my fridge that stunk up my entire room as soon as it was opened and it lingered my entire stay... hotel was full so i couldn't even get a new room. There was a HUGE party in the parking lot around my car with about 20 baseball players and the hotel front desk said they would ask them to keep it down but that never happened.

The hotel was close to everything I needed.

The kids enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had good food and prices. Would definately book there again.

The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Sliding door was dated and hard to open.

Hotel in a good location. Close to shopping

Pros: Very little to like about my stay. There was a party going on in the parking lot outside our room window and too much noise when you are resting
Cons: Other than location there is plenty to be improved
Requested a non smoking room and was given a smokers room at first ,however was moved to a different room. Still had lingering cigarette odor even though it was masked by air freshener. The room was quite uncomfortable as the air conditioner was not working properly. Would like to see these 2 story hotels have an elevator. Stairs are not convenient with heavy suitcases.

It is difficult to control the actions of other guests who stay, but we will always ask others who are being too loud to quiet down on your behalf! We are currently in the process of getting our air conditioners and patio doors replaced. This should help with the smell and comfort level! We would love to have an elevator for our guests as well, unfortunately with this older building they did not build that in. We of course always will help bring luggage up if a guest is ever in need! Hotel needs to be renovated. Price is way to high for the quality of the hotel.
