Tv and wi fi not working. Also hot in room in October with no heating on and windiws open. Noisy staff congregating and talking outside hotel wundows. Breakfast could be better - no ham or cheese or choice of breads

I wouldn't stay again
Staff at check in and out didn't seem to care about our stay in the slightest. The focus of the hotel seems to be pints and music. Room was very warm without air conditioning. We could open the windows but they faced a courtyard where staff were out smoking and chatting until about 1am and then bins and kegs were done at around 7am. No plugs beside the bed and generally an outdated room but it was clean. Breakfast was chaotic without much room to move around when getting breakfast and the food itself was fine.

Annebrook House is in a great location for exploring the local community. It is beautiful and well kept. Sunday night social dancing is quite loud until very late, so be aware that it won't be a quiet night in if you're there on a Sunday night.
