It was at the end of a dark road in what seemed to be a commercial area. When we checked in, after dark, there were a few people that we felt uncomfortable with standing at the entrance smoking, and a guest calling the front desk saying someone was banging on their door. We considered not checking in. It ended being an ok room, the bathroom floor was sticky and amenities very basic. I will not stay here again.

The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was a great selection, and their breakfast staff were very attentive. The room was clean, well maintained, and the facility was very easily accessible with plenty of parking. Would stay again.

Dissappointing
There were a bunch of uncontrolled children running the halls and all over the parking lot. This had gone on for days and the hotel should have kicked them and their group out. The hotel itself is dingy and in need of updating.

As good as I could hope for
Clean room and clean bathroom. No musty or other odors. The bathroom was well-appointed. Climate control was relatively quiet. I didn't need earplugs to sleep like in other hotel rooms. The only downside was a couple of maintenance glitches: the shower drain took a long time to drain the water (needed Drano) and the height adjustment on the desk chair was broken.

Decent hotel for the price. Floors in the room looked visibly clean but were so dirty they left the bottom of our feet black, so the cleaners probably need to change the water more often when they mop. Washer and dryer was old and left my clothes smelly, but other than that the experience was alright. Staff was friendly enough.

The front desk personnel were consistently pleasant, as were chamber maids we met in the corridor. The free breakfasts offered many options, as well as comfortable seating in an airy dining area.
