You will be about fifteen minutes to Chautauqua Institute. It is less than a mile to the marina. Just a short walk to Barcelona beach. Located in beautiful Chautauqua County right in the middle of the wine tour. Some of the most beautiful sunsets are over Lake Erie you will be able to enjoy. A good chance to see a bald eagle fly overhead. The property was set in the back and you had to back up to get out. Doors creek when opening them and the bathroom needs updating. Limited stuff in the kitchen. Basically the unit needs updating. It was so peaceful and the lake access//beach was super easy to navigate. The apartment was clean and really comfortable. Dave even shared fresh tomatoes and peppers with us!
