"The stay was great. The only thing that I would say was a negative was that there are no elevators for the rooms so we had to lug our stuff up the stairs to get it to our room. And that there isn't an ice machine at every building. In that heat ice is a must. The service was great, the employees were great and most main facilities were up kept great. "

"Beautiful hotel, property and location. The pool and other amenities were all nice and well cared for. The hotel proximity to Belmont Park, beaches, Sea World and the freeway make this hotel the place to stay. The marina is beautiful and active, yet not loud or disruptive. There is also a Target a few mins away. Staff were all excellent - especially the front desk staff. They were very helpful and genuinely friendly (not fake). Becca even helped us with a small issue (noisy neighbours), moving...

"It was fine. We stayed for the pool, which is fun for kids. The outside areas of the hotel, including the pool area are a bit dingy, with cracked paint, and dirty. Room could use some updating, but it is kitschy and fun for a night. "

"Convenient location at west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The two queen beds were comfortable. Rooms and the facility were clean. There is an indoor pool with slides. Our kids had a lot of fun! There are two hot tubs. Very relaxing after a long day at Yellowstone. The breakfast was good with many choices. The young lady "Chantel" who checked us in was super friendly and smiley. It is a great value. We were happy with our stay."
