Convenient and clean.

Staff speaks very little English, so you need to be patient if you need to make changes to your reservation or have specific requests. They will try their best to help, but it will take a while.

Nice place nor expensive.

Basic nice not very expensive hotel. I stay here every time as it provides easy access to office in the morning. After few days I get tired of their breakfast.

Small, clean, simple

Posted 2-Jun-2016
Pros: Walking distance to both rail lines. Walking distance to a million places to eat and drink.
Cons: Maybe a little more English training for the staff? I realize that I am in Japan and I don't really expect fluent English but some would be very helpf
Location: Look for the Sherlock Holmes pub. A little pricey but nice.
I was in Hachioji or business and this place was just fine. Yes the room is small by Western standards but it was spotless.

Good location, newly fitted out. Excellent staff

Posted 2-Nov-2015
Pros: Staff friendliness, hotel cleanliness and generally the breakfast (pastries, bread, Orange juice and fresh coffee) was simple but satisfying.
Cons: Invest in better mattresses and pillows. It might just be a cultural difference between Japanese travelers and western travelers, as to the bedding.
Location: Good location close to the center of Hachioji station for shopping and restaurants.
The beds and pillows were hard and the rooms a little small, but as far as value for money goes, I was very pleased with my stay. Luckily I like a firm mattress and slept very well, but I can imagine many western travellers thinking that this is not what they expected. Personally I was quite happy with it. I didn't expect much and I was pleasantly surprised by everything. It looks better than the photos online, and very clean.

Cheap, basic and clean

Posted 3-Oct-2015 on Hotels
This is a business hotel. That means single rooms, single bed (King singles) and fairly basic facilities, but it is spotlessly clean. It's full of Japanese business people and the rooms are so small that you would go stir crazy spending a day in your room. No tea/coffee making facilities, nothing beyond a bed, bathroom and TV. Aircon works well though. Overall, it's cheap and clean.

Nice and convenient

Posted 7-Sep-2015
I liked the location which is close from Krio and Jr Hachioji stations. There was seven eleven and Lawson as well as bakery and coffee shops and some shops from Krio station. Safe to walk at night. Room was very clean and made very efficient by eliminating unnecessary drawers and shelves and instead, some hanger wall. I actually uses it. My plan was also with breakfast and it was pretty good to start the day. Staff was very nice and we were treated very well. I'd stay again.
