"This place is for EVERYONE.....what an amazing experience. I highly recommend. My only issue is with the staff...not very communicative or knowledgable about their jobs. Valet parking was a constant issue as well....short staffed. Expect to take more time waiting for your car and start earlier so you won't be late. "

"The room was adequately clean, with the exception of something sticky that had been spilled on the carpet in front of the mini-fridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The pool was drained and under maintenance, I think. Breakfast was expensive, the coffee was tepid, and the water would not come out of the dispenser in the lobby."

"Beautifil Building, away from the action of Beale. High end restaurant was closed on Sunday...disappointing. Miscommunication about room with tub but was rectified. All in all, cool place."

"We really loved the suite hotel rooms. It is great to have 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa in a sitting area with 2 tvs and a microwave and minifridge. We had 4 rooms, and they all had some left over trash in the rooms. They smelled clean but did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned and prepped since the last guests. And the breakfast area was a bit disorganized -- hard to find utencils, etc. "
