We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! (Again with a crying baby) and then the front desk proceeded to tell us the up...

The day after Melissa checked us in, we were at breakfast and I saw something that just about made me cry; Melissa ran out to valet and was physically assisting a very, elderly gentleman walk. We were blown away by employees helping us without us even asking! "

"The property is okay. We found the beds to be extremely soft. The dining room in the lobby was not "welcoming" so we went elsewhere. We never received a receipt or text from the valet. The parking to be expensive. Also, the internet was not included in the cost of the room. I cannot remember the last time we paid for internet!"
