Chambres avec odeur d’égouts et fenêtres cassées. Un serveur a gardé 70 Dhs en prétextant que « c’était un pourboire » au lieu de s’excuser. Petit déjeuner surveillé par une employée qui revend la nourriture à certains clients. Prix de restauration exorbitants : 40 Dhs le Coca, 80 Dhs un petit bol de harira. Le jour où nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement, le réceptionniste nous a ri au nez. Traitement discriminatoire envers les clients marocains au profit des Européens. Une honte pour l’hôtellerie marocaine."
