"In this hotel, we stayed a dozen times since its opening. The hotel needs renovation and hygiene is not satisfactory. Old, defective TV, very poor wifi, odor in the rooms ... The beds are still comfortable and the linens are clean. Breakfast is satisfactory. We won't go back to this hotel unless something changes."

My only issue was with the burned out light bulbs in the room that were never checked and the person at the front desk who flatly refused to make a breakfast reservation for us. I have never, in over 1500 hotel stays around the world, been refused a breakfast reservation simply because someone did not want to accomodate my request. "Most of the staff (mainly at reception and breakfast area) are in desperate need of a customer service & hospitality course, otherwise no lament at all. Breakfast is good and so is the hotel in general. "
