We had to visit the desk three times to get two working keys. The last time I noticed the girl was trying to reuse the key that still didn't work. I asked her to get a new one. Suddenly, we had two working keys. She seemed annoyed that I had asked her to do that. We only had one lamp in the room so there wasn't enough light to read at...
