"Loved my stay in the hotel portion. The room was tiny, but under bed storage was plentiful, and there were lots of comfortable places to sit in the common areas. One star left off for facilities because the elevator does not go to every floor and I had to carry my heavy bag up and down the stairs. If you require the elevator make sure you inform them before your stay so they can put you on a floor with elevator service. "Overall, the room was good although there should be a tv in every room which we didnt have. It wasnt fair that some guests had a tv when we had to watch our phones. The toilet and shower were overall clean. The fridge and microwave in the room were a bonus however we have stayed here before and other rooms do not have this. It was quiet in the nights and the room temperature were always warm. Thank you again for a lovely stay in rovaniemi."
