Best property with excellent location and amazing service by each and every individual. Great extensive menu at the all day restaurant. Chef made very delicious food for Breakfast lunch and dinner. My wife is vegetarian and she enjoyed every dish Chef prepared for her. We really had relaxed 5 nights at the VIEWS . We also enjoyed the spa and massage. Planning to stay at VIEWS next year. We really appreciate the great hospitality by the staff from beginning to end.

Cliff top property with superb sea views in Wilderness. We had a wonderful suite with exceptional views, perfect for whale watching. Lovely friendly staff and good restaurant.

Just another great reason to enjoy Wilderniss!!! Room was huge very clean bed so comfy didn’t want to get to. Breakfast with the view of the ocean spectacular! Staff professional courteous and attentive. If the Reading was 5 star they would be 6!!

Perfect Views
Incredible views, just as the name suggests. The room was beautiful and the service perfect. Good location and perfect for a walk on the beach. Highly recommend.

Improve your breakfast service
Excellent hotel. This was our 4th stay. Since last time they heated the pool which is a great improvement. However something was wrong with the breakfast service this time. Not enough waiters to attend to the guests and one has to wait very long for your food. Not up to standard for a 5 star hotel

HOTEL LIVES UP TO IT'S NAME
Stunning location with sweeping views of the ocean. Suite was well equipped. Breakfast was great. Service was top notch. Definitely worth a visit.

Everything was perfect from the time we stepped into the hotel, we were offered refreshing drinks on our arrival, staff were all friendly and always smiling, views were amazing, really enjoyed our stay in our partial sea view room

A pleasant stay but strange decor
A pleasant stay and staff were friendly in the clean establishment. Rooms are spacious with great views however the building seemed to be a bit lost with its interior design, some elements modern, some dated, the combination of new and old just doesn’t quite work. The food was also far from 5 star and left a lot to be desired.

Views is perfectly named - from the welcoming reception area to our beautiful room and deck (and bathroom) and restaurant, bar, pool, it has been designed for guests to enjoy the beautiful long beach with waves crashing in and the coastline and sunsets with uninterrupted views. Room/bed clean and comfortable and bathroom spacious and lovely. All staff friendly, food great, safe flight of steps down dune to long clean and unspoilt sandy beach. Very short drive to Eden Adventures to rent a canoe for 2 which was a lovely nature trip - beautiful birds, butterflies, one kingfisher and a large crane (we think) took flight for us - a bit windy so remember you need your energy for return paddle! Wilderness is a lovely spot. The beach is a place for walking not swimming! We would happily recommend and return to Views Boutique Hotel and Spa (though we didn’t try the spa!)

The location of the property is quite unique, but the service and the state the property is in, are not acceptable for that kind of price! The only exception is the restaurant manager, who is very very professional and will accommodate any guest's wishes.

OMG this is how to do customer service!! From the minute you arrive you are wrapped in a cocoon of care and nothing seems to be too much trouble. The hotel is a large imposing building but inside is light, bright and modern with cleverly designed spaces and the most beautiful decor. The rooms are large and well appointed, beds super comfy and bathrooms you can only envy!! The views from the deck and restaurant areas over the sandy beach are just hypnotic!! This has to be one of the loveliest places in the world Ona sunny day!

Amazing view from our room. Staff very helpful and our meal in the restaurant was great. We especially enjoyed having breakfast brought to us in our room, on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Perfect stay from start to finish!
