Kitchen has all you need to cook. This was our first time staying in Westerly and the house is a perfect, centralized spot to get to restaurants, local stores and beaches. This being said, Brian was extremely responsive to our concerns about the lack of AC and installed two window units during our stay in the upstairs bedrooms. However, the downstairs bedroom did not have AC and was hot as was the kitchen and living area. The neighborhood is quiet and our kids loved playing in the yard and the driveway. Even without the central AC, we really enjoyed this house! ##### Katherine H. Only issue was the lack of AC. The listing said not an issue with ocean breeze but that was not our experience. The house temperature was well over 80 degrees on multiple nights which required me to go buy 3 fans at Walmart the first night. The only savior was relatively bad weather mid week which allowed the temperature in the house to dip below 80 degrees. ##### David P. The house is located in a nice residential neighborhood tucked away from noise and traffic. There's a very coastal esthetic throughout the house which makes it fun and inviting. Brian, the owner, is very responsive and helpful which is always appreciated when renting a house. Misquamicut State Beach is very close to the house and downtown Westerly is just a couple of miles away where there is a great cidery, brewery and restaurants. If you are looking for a nice home to rent while in Rhode Island, the Sea Ranch is it! ##### Christie H.
