The property is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owner kindly provided towels, beach chairs, and a beach bag for us to use while at the house. Furthermore, the neighborhood is really nice and people are really friendly.. I lived in Rhode Island for three years and this was a reunion trip with me and all my law school friends. It was very memorable. I would love to return. The only thing I would note is that the location of the house sits on the corner of Montauk and second. The property has everything you need for a beach day and included a beach pass to the private beach area in Misquamicut which was an added bonus. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need to cook and the WiFi and smart tv worked great. The one thing the property needs is blinds or black out curtains.
