Large yard for cookouts. New patio has been installed with barbecue island, fire pit, outside shower and a 6 person hot tub. There is 2 car garage for plenty of secured storage for jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. House has 2 family rooms with smart tv’s, the lower level family room has a wood burning stove. House sleeps 10 with the two brand new queen sleeper sofas with mattresses just added.
