( new patio will be installed with barbecue island, fire pit and outside shower over the winter ) 2 car garage for plenty of secured storage like jet skis , paddle boards , kayaks , etc House has 2 family rooms with smart tv’s , and lower level family room has a wood burning stove.

Memorial Day Stay
Matthew was an awesome host with a beautiful property. It’s only 10 minutes from the beach which was amazing and one minute away from Walmart! He responded extremely quickly when I had any questions and I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Matthew! ☺️

Its very quiet. Mr. Donovan is a quick responsive owner. But i believe it only accommodates 6 person, i check to see if couches turn into sofa beds but they did not. But besides that it was a great stay. Thank you.

Great accommodations
Great comfortable clean house, fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious lower level. The host is a gentleman, was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will not hesitate to rent from him again.

Perfect R&R weekend
This property was exactly what was said online. The property was in a perfect location as you had Walmart right around the corner, and you had the Thirsty Beaver and a pizza place literally right at the end of the street. We visited Watch Hill, Wakefield downtown, Burlingame State Park and Misquamicut Beach area. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend.
