"Everything was excellent however unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was not cleaned before we got there. We could see traces of human …… in the Jacuzzi, therefore paid to get upgraded into the Hollywood suite. Hollywood suites in my opinion was a five star rating"

"The overall stay was good, the only down side was that we had evacuated and when I wanted to check out the elevator was broken, so I had to bring all those bags and suitcases down 4 flights of stairs. That was a bit frustrating, but overall staff was friendly and room was clean."
