It had everything we could have needed! The kitchen is well stocked, beds were soo comfortable, and the house was spotless. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch after our days of exploring. Mule deer and elk were right across the field. We could hear coyotes howling as it got dark. It was very peaceful and we loved that our kids had a yard and space to run and play. Jen the manager was so easy to communicate with, responded very promptly and made our visit great. Every area is comfortable and homey. We appreciated that there were two bedrooms with twin beds and two bedrooms with queen beds. This suited our family of young adults well. The kitchen is spacious and open to the living room. It is well equipped for preparing meals. The bathrooms were fresh and clean. The house has charm and the views are spectacular! The view from the front porch of snow capped peaks made us feel like we were staying in a screen saver. We saw elk right across the road. I appreciated enough towels, toilet paper, and supplies for a week. My family highly recommends staying at this house on a ranch. ##### Linda S. The outside is plain for sure, and sits on a dirt road. Didn't expect the dirt road being from the Cincinnati OH area. But, the house was wonderful. The inside is nicely done with an open first floor plan and the accomodations were comfortable. We were there for a wedding at Hillside, about a mile away. Perfect spot. We were about 15 miles out from downtown Westcliffe, where we did our grocery shopping and dining. No 5 star ding spots, but some pretty good ones.
