They have around a 46" tv in the room with a DTV remote. I called the # on my e-mail and the lady said that they are changing to smart tv's. So i told her to get me the remote for the tv as i have a smart tv at home. Needless to say the tv never worked. The women on the phone said that they did not advertise tv for the room. I made my reservation in Feb. of 2021 and am sure it said tv was included then. I finally had to download tv on my laptop for the last three days. Then i asked about the ice machine and she said it didn't work either and that they had not advertised ice either. There was an ice bucket in the room as well as a 46' tv that didn't work. There was no maid service for the week we stayed i had to try to get wash cloths almost everyday for us to take showers at night. The only people on property were two latino workers who washed laundry on site. only one could speak english. The only good thing about the room was the bed was pretty comfortable. We had to buy ice every day and watch tv on a 15' laptop. The park was beautiful but for what we paid for the room i wouldn't stay there again ##### myra s.
