En général c’est bien, j’ai apprécié la tranquillité. Le service de chambres impeccable. En même temps la service à la clientèle laisse désirer. J’ai réservé 3 chambre et j’avais demandé que ça soit au rez-de-chaussée mais ils m’ont dit qu’il faut appeler vu que j’ai réservé avec Expédia... donc même si j’ai écrit un message en ligne c’est pas assez... Au moins les trois chambres étaient tous un à coté de l’autre. Dans une des chambres le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas et n’a jamais était réparé même si j’ai laissé une note à la réception. Le petit déjeuner était correct sauf la journée de mardi quand le réfrigérateur était vide après 8 heure du matin. Après nos demandes ils ont rajouté littéralement 3 yogourt et plus rien... dommage.

Le terrain de mini putt sur le site est amusant. À proximité de plusieurs restaurants, boutiques et plages agréables. À moins d'une heure de route de toutes autres villes de Cape Cod. Wi-fi disponible, gratuit, mais zéro efficace (difficultés à se connecter, très lent).

Très bien pour voyage en famille
À recommander pour ceux qui sont à la recherche de vacances à la plage et qui veulent un hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. L'endroit est bien situé. Notre chambre était propre. Les équipements datent un peu (la poignée de porte de la salle de bain était chambranlante et les matelas pourraient être plus fermes), mais on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Les différents services sont très bien (piscine, bain à remous). Les employés, principalement Karen, offrent un excellent service. L'hôtel n'offre pas de service de restauration. Pour le déjeuner, Ann and Fran's Kitchen (à quelques minutes de marche) est un endroit pour bien manger à prix raisonnables (contrairement au Pancake Man, trop cher pour ce qu'il offre). Si vous avez envie de bouffe thaï, allez au Basil Thai Cuisine situé au coin de la rue. Ne vous fiez surtout pas à l'apparence tristounette de la bâtisse: c'est propre, la nourriture est excellente, les prix très corrects et le service impeccable.

Nous avons eu des voisins bruyants. De plus l'hôtel n'est pas situé dans une région agréable par rapport au reste de cape cod. Ça explique peut-être le prix intéressant.

Très bien comme hôtel. La piscine intérieure est très belle et contrairement à d'autres piscines intérieures, on ne se sent pas étouffé, ni à l'étroit. Bien agréable. Seul hic, aucun petit déjeuner offert.

The room smelled of sweat and cigarettes so we opened the sliding glass door and went to the front desk where we were met with a terrible rude attitude. It took a few minutes for the person at the desk to realize we were even standing there because he was watching a movie on his phone. Before I could I even finish my sentence explaining the smell in the room, I was interrupted and told “sorry, no refunds“ I told him I wasn’t there for a refund, but was hopeful we could get a different room that may be smelled better. He told me we were assigned a room and they’re not changing it. I chalked it up as a loss, took the kids to the room and changed into bathing suits. We walked into the pool room, and there were about 15 other people in there BLARING loud music. A couple began fighting and arguing so we moved to the opposite end. The children were rough playing and hitting each other with pool toys and in turn hitting the people around them. My daughter got smacked right in the face with a pool noodle to which the other parent responded “tell your kid to be tougher and get over it or get out” so to avoid an argument that’s exactly what we did. She decided to go into the hot tub instead and within 2 minutes of being in there she screamed and said I got cut. She came out of the hot tub and her leg was pouring blood. My husband went in to see what happened and there were broken, extremely sharp tiles all along the edge that she had cut herself on.

This property appears to be housing for homeless. There were men in the hall drinking beers and eyeing my toddler daughters. Very scary. We couldn’t even stay one night for fear of our safety!

The staff were all friendly & helpful! We encountered issues with our tv and they were helpful in resolving it. The breakfast variety was as expected and well maintained. The mattresses & pillows were not comfortable at all. We could've used a blanket which was not found in the hanging area like some hotels have. There was no laundry bag to place our dirty clothing in, again, as we've had available at other hotels. The cleanliness of the pool & hot tub definitely needs tlc. Also, there were only a few clean towels available on the rack. Thw walls are definitely thin, as we could hear our neighbors talking and snoring at night. The halls smelled of smoke, though we were on a non-smoking floor. So that was disappointing. The location was ideal, as we were able to walk to local establishments without having to worry about sitting in traffic.

The room was smaller than advertised. The smell of mold and mildew was strong. The pool was a soup full of hair that we did not risk getting into. The mini golf behind the parking lot was riddled with tree branches. Staff was not accommodating. When i spoke to orlando the manager on duty that we would not be staying he could only respond with no refunds. We checked out next day and paid for the rest of week...would not recommend staying here....

Th slider door was broken so we could not use it which made it very unsafe! There were no towels when we checked in and the beds were not made!! The hot tub looked like dirty water and theee was sand on the bottom. I’m not happy with it at all! I would actually like some type of credit or refund!

The swimming pool was so cloudy and dirtu. The hot tub had sand fown the bottom and also had black dirt on the suds. They had very scary looking people in and out of the frontdoor. People were selling drugs right in front of my eyes in the parking lot. You should know that the homeless live there. Someone asked me a ? and I asked where they were from and she told me. It was very sad to see all the people but I took my grandkids and vutthem in a dangerous situation! I slept there on Friday night but left first thing in the morning since I was there with my 3 young children and felt unsafe. I have been going to the motels on the Cape for more than 50 years. I would appreciate a credit for my stay as the gentleman behind the desk said he could not refund my money because I used Expedia site. If you could please consider my refund. Great spot, the room was clean and the hotel overall was nice and clean. Breakfast selection can be improved a bit but I have no complaints about other things. Staff and parking was great.

The property was a bit run down, inside and out, and my room a little tired. The tub drained slowly, the beds were coil spring and not terribly comfortable, the towels were a bit thin and scratchy, and the hallway was chilly and did not get vacuumed during my three days there. The bathroom fan was packed with dust and the bearing in the fan was going so it was quite loud. The heater was also quite loud, particularly on startup and went on and off frequently during the night and kept waking me up. The screen on the sliding door was ripped to shreds, the door and screen slid with great difficulty, and the glass was dirty. The repairs that I saw were a bit slip-shod as nothing was completely repaired; wall patches were not sanded and were unpainted; marks on the wall left uncleaned and/or unpainted; holes from old locksets on the door were unrepaired and obvious. The included breakfast was predictably uninspired and dull. Staff were fairly uninterested and unengaged during my stay, and as I checked out all I got was, "you're all set." No eye contact, no thank you for staying or inquiry as to how my stay was. I gave two stars because the things that lowered this rating are problems that are easy fixes and management should have been on them. It is unlikely I will stay there again and cannot recommend to others.
