Jul 19, 2025 #### Nice location This place was nicely updated with a floor plan that felt spacious for our group of four. The listing is slightly inaccurate-there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom (with no egress) with a twin bed. It is a duplex which wasn't crystal clear (to me, at least) on the listing, so the backyard is shared with other guests. Huge and well stocked kitchen. The short walk to the beach is lovely. Great value for proximity to ocean. Vacasa was inconvenient to work with--slow response to the one issue we had. ##### Jenna R. It's a Nest and every time I turned it down, it went back to 85\. It was so hot upstairs because of it. Had an issue w wifi but it was resolved and called to get the garbage taken care of outside. The outdoor shower was the best! This is a duplex. There is someone right next to you. We would stay there again if that thermostat was taken care of. ##### Nancy H.
