The home is near many beaches and restaurants, and West Yarmouth overall still maintains some of that 'old Cape' flavor. The home is in a very quiet residential area and as a result it was a pleasure to take neighborhood walks with little or no noise or traffic. I am originally from New England, so my husband and I invited small groups of family and friends to come down during our week and everyone enjoyed their stay. One of the best features of the home was the patio which was accessible from the kitchen and overlooked the large, private back yard. For a somewhat price-y but wonderful dinner, we highly recommend the nearby Old Yarmouth Inn which has an excellent menu and is only a few minutes from the home. (You need a reservation.) I don't think you will ever find a host more responsive than Kseniia, both prior to and during your stay. Her responses were always helpful and exceptionally prompt. The kids had a blast in the basement playing air hockey and foosball, while the adults were able to enjoy the living room and deck. The house is located close to shopping, beaches and restaurants which was very convenient for us with a busy weekend.
