AC unit only in the livingroom, and we stayed during a heat wave- 30 degrees - yet the VRBO was very comfortable! Location was excellent for our purposes (some hiking and outdoor activities in West Van and up to Squamish and also some events for a wedding in Vancouver). The apartment was well equipped, we never heard the Owners upstairs and we had complete access to the backyard and pool. A lovely stay. ##### Dana M. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The space was clean and spacious. The pool and backyard were superb and a lot of fun. The small touches like snacks, coffee/tea, and some fridge items were a nice treat. Plus this rental is close to many sights and activities in and around Vancouver. Great location if you are travelling to Squamish, Whistler, Grouse mountain, and Capilano suspension bridge. Loved that there were a few staples to get us started as we arrived late Monday evening. We used the pool and hot tub more than a few times. Super clean and quiet. It's in a cool neighbourhood and only 8 minutes from everything. We took the kids to Ambleside park a couple of times and it has a great playground and splash pad right on the water. Highly recommend if you have little ones. For sure book this if you are staying in Vancouver and have rented a car. Thanks very much to the Dhaliwal family for hosting us! This place made for a really great vacation. ##### Dave L.
