« I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to the lake and convenient to everything. The host truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it. »

« Even though the staff was nice and professional, the hotel rooms and the hotel in general were run-down. The rooms we stayed in had dirty walls, and the mattresses were as hard as rocks. A little paint goes a long way. The staff was super nice; it's just that the hotel was very outdated. We had to stay there due to no vacancy at the other hotels in Big Lake. I probably wouldn't stay here again if it were an option. »

« En mi opinio la propiedad estas sobrevaluada por lo que ofrecen, estoy de acuerdo que era un loft pero encontré algunos detalles, 1.El aire acondicionado era un aparato portatil adaptado y muy ruidoso 2. El colchon estaba todo manchado, de orina seguramente y hacia mucho ruido los resortes, esto me hizo enfurecer mucho!!!! « The condo was super nice and perfect if you’re looking for something on the (old) west side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was no AC as the condo has an evaporative cooler so in the winter it switches to heat only so it was HOT. El Paso had a very hot Christmas this year, it was 75 degrees the whole week we were there so not having that AC was not ideal as the condo reached 82 inside.
