"A one stop shop for adults and children! Couples or families can easily be pleased. Organized check in services which is rare to find even with a long line. "

"The hotel advertised and charged as a water park resort, half the pool area was demolished laying in the parking lot. The night of checking I went looking for bottled water and every single vending machine was sold out, the inside store had no one and then it closed. I had the pay $22 for breakfast the next morning for food that was all water logged, while standing in line I watched dozens of people walk passed the woman at the register without paying and take plates and bowls outside to the point that by the time I got in to the cafeteria there wasn’t much left. I stayed. 4 nights , no one cared that people just left their cars and trucks parked in loading zones , fire areas,and handicapped. I have 2 family members who can barely walk and we had to walk around 2 full buildings just to get to the counter while it looked like a block party out front of the check in building. Was not worth what they charged."

"Stay was fairly nice! Only gripe was the paid parking (didn’t rent a car for this reason), check out time being 10 am and they never pick up ur phone if you want a ride from the huge property in a golf car. So be prepared to walk! Still a very good property "
