"The owner was lovely to deal with and quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was fun and my kids loved all the pink! We found transport into New York straight forward on the buses. However we did not feel safe in the area especially at night, there were lots of people hanging around the streets around the apartment. "

"Our family visited NYC during Memorial weekend and we stayed at this property. It was such a pleasant experience. The whole place felt very clean, calm and comfortable. Host was very accommodating to our check in time and was quick to respond! Location was great as we took the PATH line to get to the city it was only about a 14 min walk to the station. Would recommend and would stay here again if possible. "

"The pictures are not accurate to the cleanliness of the house. There are stains on walls in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and mold on the ceiling in the bedroom that is very concerning. The couch is pretty from afar but has stains on it and is hard as a rock-definitely not sleepable. We killed 2 small roaches crawling from the kitchen cabinet our first night, woke up to someone sleeping outside on the stairs (we had to walk over a drunk man with cans around him), and the entrance room smells...
