« The pictures are not accurate to the cleanliness of the house. There are stains on walls in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and mold on the ceiling in the bedroom that is very concerning. The couch is pretty from afar but has stains on it and is hard as a rock-definitely not sleepable. We killed 2 small roaches crawling from the kitchen cabinet our first night, woke up to someone sleeping outside on the stairs (we had to walk over a drunk man with cans around him), and the entrance room smells...

« Sejour agreable a l'hotel Pod51\. Au debut j'avais reserve une chambre avec salle de bain commune. Puis jai demande a change et jai paye un supplement bien sur. La chambre comme dans les hotels Pod etait petite. Mais elle etait bien agencee est dune proprete impecable. La localisation de lhotel est aussi appreciable. Pas loin de Moma et de Central Park. Le metro a cote. Beaucoup de petit restos et bars a proximité. »
