It is right in front of light train and the University stadium and the people there is nice. But the room completely stinks and the carpets look like they have not been cleaned in ages. If the carpets were cleaned and deodorized it will do a good hotel for business or short trips

Room was stark and uncomfortable.
Very little furniture and no side table or coffee table in living area to set something down on. Very poor lighting throughout. Nowhere to put a suitcase other than on the floor next to the bed. Would not stay there again.
