Slight issue with the shower not having much water pressure and no storage space in the bathroom for curling iron, toiletries, razor, etc. There was a table in the lobby with coffee, water and snacks available all day. Also a cart where you could pick up extra coffee supplies or towels for your room. People at check-in and check out were friendly. "

"Amazing property, helpful staff. Rihanna was great at check-in. They send text messages to check up on you during your stay. When I said I needed towels they immediately provided them. I plan to visit Sedona again and absolutely plan to stay here. Great location close to everything in Sedona yet far enough that it was absolutely peaceful. My room had a great view of the Red Rocks even though i was on the bottom level. "

"The room was great! But the (fire?) alarm light was blinking all night. The service at the restaurant was very slow and not ideal to have to order with the bartender and wait hours for the waiter to bring the food. The best part was the amazing astronomer who gave us an excellent reading on the sky stars on Saturday night! And the guitar player and flute player were absolutely amazing bringing up a big notch the Sedona experience at sky rock hotel! "

"Enchantment resort did not disappoint. The location is breathtaking and convenience to hiking trails is excellent. Our only compliant was the service at the restaurants - it was extremely slow. The food at the more formal option was not good. The spa is incredible. "
