It’s a short drive to Johnson beach as well as Publix and restaurants. It is a very quiet street and the neighborhood is peaceful. We loved having a gated backyard for the kids to play and the loft on the front to drink morning coffee with the wife. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit.
