"this sweet little cottage was clean and tidy When we arrived. There was a notebook with instructions and expectations in it, which made it very easy to make sure we were following the rules of the property. amenities were perfect. You could literally pack your clothes and go. we shopped at the local Walmart and filled the fridge and cooked our meals and went to the beach. We brought two of our dogs. The backyard was fenced and safe. Remember to keep your dogs on a leash and poop bags were even...

"Probably the least amount of included amenities encountered in a long time. No spices such as salt and pepper, etc. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. I only offer this as informational, not a criticism, just a fact stated on the house rules sheet noted upon arrival. Climate control worked well and with 2 mini splits, zone comfort could be achieved. A very easy walk to the beach. Ideal for two guests."

"Great home for my family. Roomy and clean. My teens loved riding their bikes up and down 30A, but it was a little nerve wracking for me as a Mom with the kids crossing 98 to get to 30A. That was the only negative to the location. BUT once the underground tunnel is built it should solve this problem. Also, road noise from the master bedroom was certainly noticeable. I slept with the bathroom fan on and it was no problem for me. Otherwise, all good."
