The house is great for a large group with plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious, with pleasant decor. Most bedrooms have their own bathroom (the master and one other bedroom share a bathroom). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware, and some basic supplies. We didn’t get to use the pool due to cooler temps / time of year we were visiting but the outdoor space was delightful with plenty of seating and gorgeous evening sunsets across the lake. Lots of wildlife visitors too. The house felt a little more tired than the photos show, and could do with some cosmetic repairs. We had hot water problems with intermittent cold showers for the duration of the week. The Management team were very responsive to questions and attempting to address problems which was so appreciated, but it was difficult to swallow alongside the overall cost as it never resolved. One of the bedrooms is in a separate unit outside of the main house (which we had a hard time finding until asking) which if you have family with kids would be necessary to know they can only access the house going through the yard. That unit had some water damage in the bathroom. Large driveway that holds plenty of cars. Quick and easy drive from the house to West Palm Beach for restaurants and activities. Overall, a pleasant stay despite hot water problems - would recommend for large groups. ##### Becky C. The backyard was huge, had beautiful views, good fishing, a pool, and had plenty of places to sit back and relax. We enjoyed watching the wildlife each morning, especially the “iguana parade.”The house itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated in a modern style. Loved the decor- especially the bedrooms! It comfortably accommodated our large family and made for a great gathering space.We had a few minor hiccups during our stay, but Susan was incredibly responsive and handled everything quickly and efficiently. Her attentiveness made a big difference and helped us enjoy our stay without disruptions. Thank you, Susan!
