Two stories house of 1738 sq ft in historic Old Northwood, West Palm Beach. 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ bathroom, living room, dining room and Florida room. New kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Impact windows and Central A.C.
Covered sundeck, nice garden and private courtyard,
Available from May the first to November the second, 2023(6 months and 2 days).

KEY FEATURES:
historic house build in 1923 and have been fully renovated. The home is furnished with taste and offers a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Off-street parking. 10 minutes from the beach, groceries, shopping centers, airport etc.

CONDITIONS:
Price is $5000 by month. $30000 for the period
At the signature, the tenant must pay: first and last month plus a security deposit equivalent to another month.
We rent to 3 persons maximum.
Non-smokers.
This house is for spotless and quiet person with good reference and credit score.
Dog could be admitting, but NO CAT.
Background check and proof of income will be required.
