The ground floor includes living room, sunroom, dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. Second floor has 3 bedrooms: Spacious master has King bed and bath, second bedroom has a queen bed, sharing a bath with the third bedroom which has twin trundle beds. The fourth bedroom is in the guest cottage, across the brick courtyard which has a large teak dining table and 8 chairs. The cottage has a queen bed, bath with shower, living room with cable tv and a kitchen. The pool features salt water rather than chlorine. The entire house has water filtration system and the kitchen has a reverse osmosis tap. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. House was perfect. The house is an old FL, Spanish style home with a casita in the back. The backyard and pool area is amazing - beautifully landscaped. Kitchen is well appointed and a good size. Property is conveniently located for beaches, restaurants, PB, the airport. The intracoastal is right down the road and has a great path for walking/running/biking.
