Just minutes from the beach and downtown, you\`ll enjoy easy access to beautiful shores, vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment. The spacious, cozy interior features plenty of room for the whole family to relax and unwind. Whether you\`re lounging at the beach, exploring local attractions, or enjoying a peaceful evening at home, this is the ideal spot for your next vacation. ☛ We allow pets for a one-time fee of $100 per pet. Please disclose how many pets you\`re bringing after booking, as any undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee, on top of any cleaning and/or damage fees. ☛ Cancellations 30 days before arrival is eligible to 96% refund \*Payment processor retains the 4% transaction fees and does not include them when a refund is issued. ☛ Cancellations 14 days before arrival is eligible to 50% refund ☛ MINIMUM AGE IS 24 ☛ After booking, you\`ll need to fill up a short online check in form for security purposes. ☛ Guest will be charged an additional fee of $100 for failing to take out the trash. ☛ Bringing undisclosed pet will incur a $300 fee, on top of any additional cleaning and/or damage fees incurred ☛ Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday mornings. \* If pickup happens during your reservation, please return the bins to the house after collection.
