The duplex has been newly renovated featuring 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances wonderful for entertaining, family gatherings and holidays. With a parklike backyard setting you will be able to bbq, relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine! The space The property has been recently Renovated with consideration to comfort and enjoyment for your vacation and or travel needs. Calm and serene decor through out the space. Guest access Guest have full access to own backyard private space with a bbq grill and sitting area. Other things to note We are close to the marina, clematis, Rosemary square and north wood area. The host was extremely flexible and had great communication. The home was clean, plenty of space and a nice outdoor area to relax with our dog. It had everything we needed for our 2 month stay. and I would definitely recommend this property. The area is up and coming as new little coffee shops and yoga studios are starting to pop up nearby. We had to wait to check in because cleaning was running late. The neighborhood was not the best. BUT THE SMELL. When walked in it was obvious something was wrong. The location was obviously recently fumigated or bug bombed. Not only was the smell terrible but we still saw roaches in the front bedroom. I have never left a bad VRBO review. This was my worst experience so far. I think what if there were children in our group? I do not understand how someone can expose others to conditions like this. This will be my last VRBO visit. Perfect location - easy to get to and from everywhere we wanted to go. 5 block walk to see boats in the harbor. And a bedroom and on suite bath for each of us. The duplex had everything we needed and was immaculate! My only concern was a delay in getting check in instructions. I usually receive check in instructions 24 hours before scheduled arrival. When I did not I contacted VRBO and shortly thereafter our host called. She sounded terribly sick, apologized and promptly sent instructions before our arrival time. Our host did text during our stay to insure we had all we needed and asked if we had any questions. Would definitely rent this duplex again. ##### Donna W.
